🌳 Parks Rental’s Fee

Park Convenience Fee – $50

This fee helps cover the additional time and costs required for park events, including insurance processing and COI preparation, extended travel distance from our vehicles to setup locations, and return pickup within our standard 8-hour rental window while our team is still completing other deliveries.

If a generator is needed, we can pick one up from Home Depot for $120 (includes crew time, rental cost, setup, and $20 generator’s gas). This is optional!

To meet park and venue requirements, we carry business insurance that costs our company $6,000 per year. Our coverage includes a General Aggregate of $2,000,000 and Personal & Advertising Injury coverage of $1,000,000.
