➪Please reserve your booking at the time you want us to deliver (not the time that the party starts)
➪Delivery Fee includes drop off, installation and pick up.
➪Free delivery for chairs and tables with a booking of a bounce house.
➪We don’t service on dirt or gravel.
Pickup Rules:
Vinyl, balloons, command hooks, garlands or trash should be removed at the time of pickup. A $75+ fee will be charged for cleaning the bounce house at the time of pickup if our equipment is picked up in bad conditions.
Weather and cancelation policy:
We understand that things outside of your control can come up. To be fair to all parties involved we offer our customers the ability to move their booking to any date within a year of their initial booking all the way up until the day of the event free of charge. In the event of a full cancellation and refund we require at least 20 days in advance notice for a refund minus 50% of the original payment. Full refunds including deposit are available for 48 hours after the initial date of booking.
🌳 Park Convenience Fee & Generator Information
Hosting your event at a park? Please note there’s a $50 Park Convenience Fee.
Park setups often take extra coordination since our crew may need to park far from the setup area, locate the client’s reserved spot, and return for pickup at a specific park-assigned time — all while completing other deliveries.
We currently don’t provide generators, but if your park requires one, we can pick one up from Home Depot for $120.
This fee covers crew time for pickup, loading the heavy equipment into our vehicle, transporting it, setting it up safely at your park location, rental price and $20 for gas.
