🕓 Booking & Delivery

• Book for your delivery time, not party start time.
• Delivery includes setup + pickup.
• Not available on dirt or gravel.

🎈 Rental Rules

• No paint, slime, food, glitter, confetti, or piñatas nearby.
• No face paint or crafts.
• No shoes inside.
• Adult supervision required.

🌦️ Weather & Cancellations

• Reschedule anytime within 2 years (even same day) for free.
• Refunds: 20-day notice = 50% refund.
• Full refund within 48 hours of booking.

🚚 Pickup

Please remove all balloons, tape, trash, or garlands before pickup.

Cleaning fee: $75+ if needed.

Mats available for $50 add-on — contact us for exceptions.

🌳 Park Rentals

Park setups have a $50 Park Convenience Fee, COI Certificate included! Our team often must walk long distances, find reserved areas, and return at specific pickup times.

Need a generator? We can pick one up from Home Depot for $120, which covers crew time to load, transport, set up the heavy equipment, and $20 for generator gasoline.
