Please Note: Table decorations, centerpieces, food, and party accessories are not included.

RENTAL RULES

• Adult supervision is required at all times while children use the bounce house.
• No shoes, food, drinks, candy, or gum inside the inflatable.
• No face paint, glitter, confetti, slime, paint, or messy activities on or inside the inflatable.
• No sharp objects, rough play, climbing on exterior walls, or flips.
• Bounce houses must be installed on a clean, flat, level surface with access to electricity.
• Water is not permitted unless specifically approved.
• Tables, chairs, and Christmas decorations must be handled with care. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
• Our team must approve the setup location before installation.

WEATHER POLICY 🌧️

Your children’s safety is our priority!

• Bounce houses cannot be operated during rain, thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions.
• If rain is expected, please contact us before 8:00 AM on the day of your event, prior to delivery.
• If weather prevents a safe setup, we offer full rental credit toward a future booking, subject to availability.
• Weather credits may be used toward another rental or package.
• No rescheduling fee applies to eligible weather-related changes.
• Once the equipment has been delivered and installed, weather-related credits are not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund available.
• 20 or more days before the event: 50% refund of the booking total.
• Weather-related cancellations: Full rental credit may be provided when requested before the morning-of delivery deadline.
• All rescheduled rentals are subject to availability.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our standard rental period is 8 hours. Delivery and pickup fees are calculated based on location. Additional venue, park, or setup fees may apply.
