- No Piñatas near the bounce house
- Supervision Required at all times

Weather and cancelation policy:

We understand that things outside of your control can come up. To be fair to all parties involved we offer our customers the ability to move their booking to any date within a year of their initial booking all the way up until the day of the event free of charge. In the event of a full cancellation and refund we require at least 20 days in advance notice for a refund minus 50% of the original payment. Full refunds including deposit are available for 48 hours after the initial date of booking.
Pickup Rules:
Vinyl, balloons, command hooks, Facepaint, paint, garlands or trash should be removed at the time of pickup. A $75+ fee will be charged for cleaning at the time of pickup.
DIRT OR GRAVEL:
The use of dirt or gravel is not recommended for our services. For a smoother experience, we suggest renting our mats (add on cost $30). Please contact us at geovanna@partyonacloud.com or 602.999.1646 to discuss potential exceptions.")
