Softplay provides a safe, cushioned environment designed specifically for toddlers, supporting early motor skill development and encouraging active play within a controlled space. Its soft materials reduce injury risk while promoting sensory exploration.

Soft Play Rules

For the safety of all little guests:

• No shoes inside the soft play area
• Socks are required
• No food, drinks or gum
• No face paint
• No slime, paint, markers or messy activities
• No glitter or confetti
• No sharp objects or toys
• No pets inside the play area
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Equipment is intended for young children only
• No climbing or sitting on the safety fencing
• Please keep all soft play pieces inside the designated play area

Important Rental Information

🚩Soft play must be placed on a clean, flat and dry surface. Grass, turf and approved indoor flooring are preferred. Setup cannot be placed directly on dirt, gravel, rocks or muddy surfaces.

🚩Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions. Equipment cannot be used during rain, high winds or unsafe weather.

🚩Delivery, setup and pickup are additional unless otherwise stated.

Party On a Cloud AZ reserves the right to adjust the layout during installation to ensure a safe setup.

Rental Window: Up to 8 hours.

Please Note: Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, and individual soft play pieces may occasionally be substituted with a comparable piece while maintaining the overall look and value of the package.
